The famous explorer of Hocotate, Olimar, gets his shared amiibo figure with some of his Pikmin. According to Palutena's conversation, Pikmin are named after pik pik carrots, a food native to Hocotate. The more you know!

Dark Pit, also known as "Pittoo" in Kid Icarus Uprising for the 3DS, gets his own dark amiibo figure. While he may be a clone of Pit, he does have have some distinct differences in Smash Bros. For example... he's dark! I'll get back to you on that when they actually develop differences. :P

The dark king of the Zelda series, Ganondork (oops, I meant Ganondorf), gets his own evil amiibo figure. He is a beast in Hyrule Warriors as a character! Ganondorf mains, your time has come!

Toad

"Thanks Mario, but our princess is in another castle!" Recognize that? Yes it's Toad. Also known as Kinopio in Japan, he is tough to find in the US. At least I managed to find one. He unlocks a hide-and-seek minigame in Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker for the Nintendo Wii U.

Zero Suit Samus

The girl in the suit, Zero Suit Samus, gets her own amiibo figure. In case you didn't read the description for the Samus amiibo, this is who was inside the suit. Mind. Blown. Josh Jepson said this in his video about all the fighters: When this was first discovered, it was game-breaking (not literally) because normally the girl is made out to be the damsel in distress.
