Hello site viewers, Amiibro here! (I don't want to reveal my real name)
First off, thanks for visiting my website! Yes that's right, MY website. This entire website was developed by just one person (Me!) It took about 2 1/2 months to even develop pages for not only the first 3 waves, but I had to get pictures and use other assets to make this the best website it could be at the time! It even took a little while to find a fitting site format! Anyway, I just wanted to make this page so you know what Amiibro is all about!
First off, this website was made with Wix. Wix is a free website builder that gives you the proper tools, and you can download free things like my view counter! Wix also comes with hundreds of formats to choose from (Like this one!) to fit your site's theme.
So to start off, Amiibro is about Nintendo's hit NFC figure line, Amiibo. So far, there are over 50 amiibo! Including Mario Party 10, Animal Crossing and Smash Bros. variants! When I first saw websites/YouTube channels pop up about the hit toy line, I was excited to see a community grow right before my eyes! After seeing websites and social media like Amiibo News and Nintendo Inquirer, I decided to make a website just like that, but only for amiibo/amiibo compatible games!
So what can you find on this not-well-known website? Well, you can find every amiibo released/announced! Each figure has a picture and description to go with it. And each figure has a level of rarity and what wave it comes from! Check out "All Amiibos Announced" for more info! Next, you can find the latest news. On the home page, I write up what the latest is in the amiibo-verse. (Horrible name, I know) The second I get the news, I go to my site editor and start working!
You're probably wondering: Where do I even get the news? Well, I follow Amiibo News on Twitter, and he generally has all the latest news I need! So thanks to Amiibo News! You can follow him and his website Nintendo Inquier on the "Amiibo Community" page.
